In CWIT ’s programs students engage in professional development, networking, academic support, community development, peer mentoring, family dinners, faculty mentoring, retreats, and industry mentoring, educational outreach, and ally development. CWIT SCHOLARS PROGRAM
In-state Scholarship: Up to $15,000/Year
Out-of-State Scholarship: Up to $22,000/Year
Eligible incoming first-year students interested in computing and engineering majors can apply by January 15 to the CWIT Scholars Program.

Scholarship Amount: Up to $15,000/Year
Current UMBC students, first-year and transfer students who have a passion for cyber security are eligible to apply by January 15 and March 15 to the Cyber Scholars Program. Sponsored by Northrop Grumman Corporation.
Deadline to apply: January 15th (freshmen) and March 1st (transfer and current UMBC students)
